Prior to joining Houston Electric, Kris developed a strong work ethic early in life while working on the family farm—an experience that shaped his dedication, discipline, and drive. He began his electrical career in 2004 with Younger Electric, gaining valuable hands-on experience in commercial electrical environments.

Eager to expand his knowledge and skillset, Kris joined Houston Electric soon after. His talent was quickly recognized, and Danny entrusted him with leading a crew early in his tenure. Kris excelled in this role, managing an efficient, self-sufficient team and building customer relationships that remain strong to this day.

When the company transitioned to new ownership in 2011, Kris was promoted to Operations Manager, where he oversaw multiple crews and projects simultaneously. His leadership strengths—effective employee development, strategic crew placement, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction—helped elevate the company’s performance across the board.

Kris was later promoted to Vice President, where he played a critical role in shaping the future of Houston Electric. His influence helped drive growth, expand capabilities, and strengthen the company’s reputation for quality work and dependable service.

In 2023, Kris became the Owner and President of Houston Electric. Today, he brings a fresh perspective and a deep commitment to fostering employee success, operational stability, and customer-focused solutions. Under his leadership, Houston Electric continues to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality electrical services across Oklahoma.
