HEI is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Crew Leader to join our team!
In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the reliable, safe, and efficient installation and maintenance of electrical systems for our diverse client base. You will utilize your expertise to perform electrical work, inspections, and troubleshooting, while adhering to the highest standards of building design, construction, and code compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Perform a wide range of electrical work, including installing and inspecting wiring, fixtures, outlets, and other electrical components.
· Replace and repair electrical equipment and devices as needed.
· Ensure all work complies with the NEC, OSHA, and other applicable standards.
· Interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
· Troubleshoot faulty wiring and other electrical issues.
· Lead compliance with safety standards and best practices on job sites.
· Inspect and deploy upgrades for electrical components.
· Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
· Lead, train and mentor Apprentice Electricians.
· Maintain positive relationships and communication with both employees and customers.
· Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergency calls.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
· A valid Electrical Journeyman License.
· A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or the ability to attain one.
· In-depth knowledge of electrical principles, construction, and wiring schematics.
· A deep understanding of the National Electrical Code and relevant safety standards.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including working in various conditions and lifting heavy materials.
