Prior to beginning his electrical career, Freddy spent several years working as a farm hand, operating heavy equipment and developing a strong work ethic rooted in responsibility and hands-on problem-solving. After moving to the Kremlin area, he joined Houston Electric in 2012 and began his career as an electrical apprentice working on overhead power line construction.
Freddy advanced quickly, moving from apprentice to crew leader within a year and a half. The crews he led were known for operating with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. His ability to hold crews accountable, adapt to jobsite challenges, and consistently deliver results made him a natural fit for advancement into a supervisory role.
In addition to leadership, Freddy is recognized as a go-to resource for VFD troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of motor loads and process adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient operation. He is also highly effective at building customer relationships, ensuring expectations are met and projects are completed correctly and efficiently.
