Josh began his electrical career in 2005, starting in the commercial industry before quickly transitioning into oil and gas. He began as a hand and, before long, was running projects and taking on increasing responsibility in the field.

Josh has experience across multiple industries and environments, including compressor stations, cryo plants, pipelines, industrial facilities, and quarries. This broad background allows him to adapt to complex jobsite conditions and diverse operational requirements.

In addition to his electrical expertise, Josh excels at working with people and helping teams build a strong foundation for their future. He brings a high level of project management experience, overseeing multiple multimillion-dollar projects with large crews across multiple states simultaneously.
